Our blend consists of 50% Chambourcin, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Ruby black color, with interesting aromas of Raspberry preserves, cherry, black tea, lilac and leather with a slightly chewy & vibrant medium to full body mouth feel. Salted dark chocolate, tomato, licorice, hints of mineral dust with undertones of cream, wrap up this lush red.
